How much do you charge to do an event?
Our per hour rate is $160 with a 3 hour minimum, mileage expense not included.
What if I need for you to stay longer while you are painting at my party?
Depending on the number of additional hours needed, the per hour rate is $160. Payment must be made prior to any additional items painted. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. Payment must be made by credit card or cash. No personal checks will be accepted for any additional time.
Do you discount any part of your service?
No. We do not offer discounts.
What if I provide my own shirts or hats? Will that lower the event price?
We only paint on products we provide. We do not offer discounts.
How many shirts can you paint in an hour?
Approximately 8 to 10.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Prior to 30 days of the event, a 50% deposit is required of the contract price. A 100% deposit is required within 30 days to the event.
Notification of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to the event to receive entire amount of the contract. Notification of cancellation received after this deadline (14 days) will result in a forfeit of the entire contract amount.
I'd like to hire you. What is the process to do this?
Once a date and price are confirmed, a contract is provided for you to review and sign. The contract is then returned to us along with the appropriate deposit/payment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, personal check, cash. Personal checks will not be accepted less than three (3) weeks prior to the event.
Do you have a store front?
No. We are a mobile company that provides on-site service.
I need a few shirts airbrushed but I don't need to hire you for an event. Do you offer this type service?
No. Check your local mall or other malls in the D/FW area for this.
I want a design painted on a shirt other than what your display shows. Is this possible?
Yes. Payment is due at the time of request. It will ship one week after the event. Shipping charges depend on how soon you require the shirt after the one week turn-around time. Custom shirts are never painted on-site.
Do you paint on black shirts?
No. Fabric surface must be white.
