1. What type of events do you service? Birthdays: Sweet 16's, Bar Mitzvahs, Bat Mitzvahs, Quinceaneras; Corporate Events; Cheer/Sporting Events; Family Reunions; Weddings Receptions; Private Functions; Block Parties. Consider us for whatever your celebration might be.

2. What kind of party favors do you offer? T-Shirts; Trucker Hats; Bucket Hats; Visors: Bandanas; Hand Towels; Hoodies; Sweat Pants; Tote Bags.

3. How does it work at my event? Several designs will be displayed for your guests to view. They will give their names to one of our staff along with their desired design, and this is when the entertainment begins! The artist airbrushes the design onto a t-shirt, (or some other favor), and your guests get to enjoy watching their personalized party favor being created. We do require a name/guest list of all guest who are to receive an item at your event.

Two weeks prior to the event, we need you to email us a name list with everyone who is to receive an item. This way, we can "check them off" as we go. We cannot take orders just a few minutes before your event ends. Please TYPE a list with the guest's FIRST NAME and first letter of their last name, this way we can "check them off" as we go and make certain no one is missed. PLEASE SORT THE LIST ALPHABETICALLY by FIRST NAME if possible (if you type the list in Microsoft excel that is best so we can make changes if need be).

4. What are your rates? Rates are based on certain factors (event hours; number of guests; product(s); location; etc.). Contact us (RFQ) and we will e-mail you a quoted price. Rates are non-negotiable.

5. I'm planning a party that will last 2 hours. Can I hire you for 2 hours? No. We have a 3 hour minimum.

6. Are we limited airbrushing only on white garments? No. However, it is hightly recommended. We have painted garments that were light blue, light pink and heather grey. Airbrushing on white garments produces the most vibrant color of artwork of any other colored t-shirt. We will not paint on any other color garment that is not listed in question 6.

7. How many shirts can you paint per hour? Approximately 15 to 20 shirts per hour.

8. Some guests could not make it to our event. Can you make an item for them anyway? We can only paint shirts for people whose names are on the advanced name list that you provided.

9. What type of shirts to you paint on? We use name brand clothing (Anvil, Gildan, FOTL, Jerzees, Hanes). The shirts are 50/50 poly-cotton.

10. How long does it take for a shirt to dry? About 2 minutes per shirt then it is ready to be worn.

11. Any special instructions to wash airbrush shirts? Cold water by itself first. After that, wash as normal but DO NOT use bleach. The design will never fade as long as you do not use bleach.

12. Can you mail us physical samples? Samples are available if purchased.

13. What size clothing do you bring? Adult: Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large. I will ask you ahead of time if any special sizes are needed for little ones or shirts that are 2X or bigger.

14. Can I provide my own t-shirts and hats for you to airbrush on? No.

15. Is airbrushing messy? Not at all. The paint is non-toxic, FDA approved, and safe for both indoor and outdoor airbrush events. As a further precaution, we protect the floors with drop cloths as well.

16. Do you only airbrush at events? - Yes. We are mobile entertainment.

17. Can this service be performed outdoors? Yes. Be sure you can provide electricity (we cannot use generators).

18. When will your artist arrive for setup? One hour prior to their hired start time.

19. What are your space and electrical requirements? A 10' x 10' space, preferably in a corner of the room and away from the DJ so we can clearly hear and speak to the guests. A dedicated, grounded electrical outlet for our airbrush equipment.

20. Can you move your setup from room to another room when the party begins? No. Please choose our painting location carefully with your caterer. If we are asked to move, it will take us at least one hour to reconfigure ourselves and we will be unable to finish all items without having to charge you for overtime.

21. Do you bring back up equipment in case of emergency? Yes.

22. Can we come to your store to look at your work / place an order? - We don't have a store front as we are a mobile company. Visit the gallery to view some of our work.

23. Do you take custom orders for single pieces items? No.

24. Tell us more about you (the artist) and your staff because we are concerned about who is going to show up. What is their work like and what can I expect personality wise? We have been in the airbrush business since 2002. Since then we have provided airbrush services to a wide range of customers and venues (both public and private). The staff is friendly and helpful. We go out of our way to provide the best service because we understand what customer service is all about, as 95% of our business is based solely on your referral.

25. We heard spelling errors are common from airbrush artists in general. Is this true? Usually it is because the guest's name was spelled incorrectly on the provided name list. Double check the spelling especially if the name is unique or the name has a common double spelling (i.e. Robin and Robyn).

26. Does the service come directly from you or do you subcontract your work to another company? It comes directly from us.

27. We received a much lower price quote from another company? Can you meet or beat it? We can price match only if the company is offering something of the same quality and you submit their quote, website, and email correspondence to us. We hate losing clients over price, and usually find that most companies starting at less than our rate are not offering the same caliber of service we do.

28. We have found a company that is a lot more expensive than your company by about $300-$500. Why is this? They are probably hiring a subcontractor to perform the work on their behalf. They apply a huge commission for themselves. Essentially, you are overpaying for the service. Another way to determine if a company is using a subcontractor is if their website offers 30-40+ entertainment services.

29. COMPLAINTS! We were at a party where the artist was rude to the kids and looked like he/she was picked up off the street and given a job. Can you tell us more about this? Some artists tend to have little or no experience in the party industry and the vast majority of them have serious personality issues. They have no idea how to communicate when a million kids are shouting orders at them. Again, their work might be great, but if they don't know how to communicate with your guests or show up in ripped jeans and a T-shirt and a piercing through their lip, I don't think you or your guests will appreciate it.

Many airbrush companies work without contracts and accept cash only, and for some odd reason, they do not have a reliable means of transportation. Always make sure to speak to the owner's first and get a feel of who you are dealing with. Look at their website (is it professional looking or was it just thrown up there last night). Hiring the wrong entertainment company will ruin your event because you will spend all your time arguing with them and not enjoying your event, so please do not base your decision off price alone. Never book an airbrush company over the internet alone and never book because you received the lowest price.
